Inspection Requirements
FLO-BINs require a comprehensive inspection per 49 CFR 180.352
Return Condition
FLO-BIN Rentals delivers their containers clean, odorless, and free of any materials and expects the lessee to return these containers after use in the same condition as they were delivered.
Residue Handling
Upon return, all FLO-BINs are inspected to ensure they are RCRA empty per 40 CFR 261.7
Damage Inspection
Reasonable industrial wear and tear is acceptable. Exceptional damage will be appraised, and the lessee will be responsible for associated costs.
